Week 1 - 2011

This week in Luehrs Land flew by! It was tough to head back to work on Monday after having a 3 day weekend with my babies, but I powered thru and made it another week.

I have officially stopped pumping at work (Lil G nurses in the morning and evening) so it was very strange to walk in with just a purse...no big pump bag...no cooler.  I thought I would be more excited about this - but let's be honest, it just means my baby is growing up way too fast!

Greyson had a big week at school.  She had her first 'at school' sippy cup and we also received her Moving Up papers - she will start transitioning next week to her new class.  Lil G did get an "uhh ohh, she was pulling up on something and fell and hit her poor little head.  Just a day in the life of a mobile baby girl - maybe Taiten will share one of his helmets with her?

Taiten was super in to Christmas this year so we have slowly been putting things away.  We finally packed up the inflatable Santa and most of the Christmas decorations this week - however, we have left some items because T is obsessed with them!  We might be those people that leave some things up year round!

This weekend brought lots of fun times too.  T+G went on a trip to HT with their daddy (brave man to go solo) and we went to the Hodges for dinner.  Taiten was excited to go to WHOOOKS (Luke).  Sunday we lounged around and slept in until 8 (amazing!).  Greyson and I ran out to Target for a little girl shopping time.  We passed by the food section and I wanted to share with you...THE BLIZZARD OF 2011 effects. Check back over the next few days to see if we have any snow pictures.  That is IF we have power (they are calling for 3-5 inches and some ice too). **Smile**
