Charlotte Rosewood Fleming

Luehrs Land has a new cousin!  Uncle AJ + Aunt Lara welcomed Charlotte Rosewood Fleming on 7/7/11 (weighing in at 7lbs and 7oz!). I stole some pictures from their blog to share with you.  We're so excited and can't wait to meet the little lady in September.

Aunt Tifanne, Austin and Dalton took Taiten to his first ever movie at the movie theater to see Cars 2!  Such a big boy (momma can't even stand it!). Tif did a GREAT job of capturing the moments since Mommy +Daddy couldn't be there.

S'more Please!

Storms were coming, but that didn't stop us from building a fire and cookin' up some yummy S'mores!  G built the fire while Austin and Dalton searched the back yard for the perfect marshmallow sticks.  A fun 4th of July Festivity!

MiMi held down the fort here in Luehrs Land while us grownup kids headed out to see the Zac Brown Band.  MiMi was home with 4-2 legged kids and 2-4 legged kids...and she even had time to re-arrange the furniture in the living room for optimal play space...when I grow up I want to be as amazing as her!

We had a great time at the ZBB show...they're AMAZING!

Bike Parade

School had a fun Bike Parade to celebrate the 4th of July!  T was SUPER excited to bring his bike to school.  Taiten is wearing his first ever tie dyed t-shirt that he made the day before...he was pretty proud of that too (it was red and blue before I washed it-thankfully, he wasn't upset about the color change).  

Taiten is a bit of a wild man when it comes to riding his bike.  He has no fear and rides fast!  I really wanted to attend the parade mostly to make sure he didn't leave the school parking lot and ride his bike into traffic (or over his friends).  As I predicted, T was a speed racer!  His teacher said he "rides like a 5year old" (cute).  All was great and the kids had an awesome time!
