MiMi held down the fort here in Luehrs Land while us grownup kids headed out to see the Zac Brown Band.  MiMi was home with 4-2 legged kids and 2-4 legged kids...and she even had time to re-arrange the furniture in the living room for optimal play space...when I grow up I want to be as amazing as her!

We had a great time at the ZBB show...they're AMAZING!

Bike Parade

School had a fun Bike Parade to celebrate the 4th of July!  T was SUPER excited to bring his bike to school.  Taiten is wearing his first ever tie dyed t-shirt that he made the day before...he was pretty proud of that too (it was red and blue before I washed it-thankfully, he wasn't upset about the color change).  

Taiten is a bit of a wild man when it comes to riding his bike.  He has no fear and rides fast!  I really wanted to attend the parade mostly to make sure he didn't leave the school parking lot and ride his bike into traffic (or over his friends).  As I predicted, T was a speed racer!  His teacher said he "rides like a 5year old" (cute).  All was great and the kids had an awesome time!

Daddy Day

Happy Father's Day to the bestest Daddy in all of the Land!  

We started off the day with a cup of coffee for Daddy in his new travel coffee mug...with T+G's 'mugs' on it!

We headed out for a yummy breakfast, and stopped for a quick picture of course (these 3 ARE the reason we get to celebrate a Daddy's Day!)

Today we headed out to the Charlotte Nature Museum for Farm Day!

The Big 15

Greyson is 15 months old (and a few days)!  She had her 15 month appointment today and is doing wonderfully.  She's doing great in the sleep department, eating like a champ and LOVES her milk.  She's got 2 of her bottom teeth coming in right now and then she'll have her 'complete set'.  She's walking around everywhere and has started to now even run after her brother...and give him a run for his money!  Lil G has quite a feisty attitude and knows what she likes and doesn't like, and will tell you - I'm sure she gets that from her daddy.
